I’m a CAMTC certified Massage Therapist and have been practicing bodywork since 2001. My massages range from stress reducing and soothing, to intense and energizing. I’m also a yoga instructor specializing in injury-friendly, alignment-based Vinyasa. I draw from my training in Massage Therapy and Traditional Chinese Medicine to help with headaches, insomnia, stress, inflammation, injuries and pain. I like blending styles together to create customized sessions for my clients to address their individual needs by giving an amazing massage.
